100g wholemeal flour
2 tsps spirulina powder
9 fl oz almond milk
Pinch of salt
• Whisk together egg & milk
• Mix flour & spirulina together
• Sprinkle flour & spirulina mix into egg & milk slowly, whisking constantly until smooth
• Add pinch of salt (optional)
• Add tiny amount of butter to frying pan.
• Pour mix into frying pan & flip when cooked.
• Grate cheese onto pancake (whilst in pan) until cheese is melted & pancake cooked.
• Allow to cool for a minute or so, roll & cut up or leave flat & decorate as you wish.
